工作职责:

任务和职责 Accountabilities and Duties:

协助所管辖区域的运营团队落实各项规章制度，提供培训，进行现场检查和给予必要的指导，改善服务使其达到***水准/To provide support to Operation Teams to improve performance via implementation of cleaning services processes and procedures to achieve an excellent cleaning services. This will be achieved by providing training to operational teams, undertaking site visits and audits, and providing advice and guidance on request within the specified areas;

在不影响对运营团队的支持工作的基础上协助市场销售部开发新项目。如：参加测量、踏勘工作/Provide support to Commercial and Transition activities as required, but not to the sacrifice of support to the Operations Teams. To participate in the site cleaning services survey process, etc;

积极参与向各级别清洁服务人员提供专业技术培训/To be actively involved in customer satisfaction and development of technical training programs for all levels of cleaning services of personnel;

在新项目前期过渡阶段和日常服务运作期间，向相关人员提供环境服务专业技术支持和操作流程指导/To provide technical knowledge, program direction and overall leadership in the field of the cleaning services. To participate and monitor both initial and ongoing environmental services operations.

收集信息、汇报问题、保持运营信息更新/Reporting will be an important part of this role. It would be necessary to keep all information regarding cleaning services updated.

对各个项目进行定点检查或抽查并上报检查情况/Undertake audits and site visit by random and spot checks and report findings

对营运点或区域经理要求的紧急技术需求应及时反馈，向营运点管理人员提供解决问题和方案/To respond with a sense of urgency to request for support from site or regional level managers. To provide recommendation to the unit managers in trouble shoot and problem solving.

所有支持需求应在72小时内予以答复/All support requests are responded to within 72 hours.

所管辖区域的项目信息文件，工作报告，调查数据保留完整 / Files on accounts are maintained with correspondence performance reports, research data, and other information for each account.

项目访问报告应在7日内上交专家团队清洁服务专家/A site visit report is sent to Cleaning Services – SME of Operational Excellence within 7 days after each account is visited.

按时参加会议，发现重大问题和情况及时汇报/Attend conference calls as required and report directly in the event of major findings or problems

提供建议和改进方案，协助运营团队提高专业清洁服务水平Support and advise the operation teams to give suggestions regarding best practice in professional cleaning services.

协助项目或清洁经理结合客户实际情况制定具体操作程序，在他们的管理下为客户提供极具专业水准的环境服务/ Assist KAMs and FMs or Cleaning Service Managers to create Standard Operation Procedures according to the clients’ real situation for them to be able to manage a professional and essential environmental services

了解并掌握所有清洁服务合同的内容，包括欧艾斯（中国）应负的职责和有关的商业条款/Gain understanding of each contract within region of responsibility, including understanding commercial offering.

积极主动地协助运营团队改进清洁服务工作，为公司和客户降低风险，减少损失/Act to mitigate and minimise risk to ISS China and its clients by working in a positive and proactive way with the operations teams to improve the cleaning services they provide.

完成专家中心的清洁和支持服务专家交办的其他任务/Undertake other tasks and duties as required and requested by the Cleaning Services/Support Services SME – Operational Excellence or other such senior manager within the OE department.

任职资格:

基本要求Basic Qualifications: 三年以上相关工作经验3+ years cleaning services working experience

优先要求Preferred Qualifications: 清洁服务合同管理经验Prefer cleaning services contract management experience.

优先教育水平Preferred Education: 四年本科大学或相当水平4 years college degree or equivalent

有阅读、写、理解和沟通普通话和英语能力Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate both Mandarin and English language.

具备微软办公软件使用知识，如：文字、电子表格、演示稿制作等Knowledge on the Microsoft Office software such as: Word, Excel, PPT, etc.

处事冷静、平和Ability to remain calm in less than calm circumstances.

灵活、多才可信任的领导者Flexibility, versatility, and reliability as a team player.

优秀的内部和客户服务技巧Good interpersonal and guest service skills

根据工作需要，适应经常出差 Must be willing to travel as needed.
