1. RESPONSIBILITY : ·

Drive best practice in product management and the organization of product council · Drive product generation planning and product roadmap throughout APAC · An important immediate task is roll out the training of product generation planning training with the support from Stockholm’s Group Innovation Team · Run VOC workshops in APAC to strengthen VOC skills and techniques for APAC’s R&D and product management competence · Drive lean innovation methodologies in order to reduce time to market throughout APAC’s R&D sites · Performance Product Innovation Process (PIP) Audits in APAC R&D site to promote internal competition for innovation excellence

2. ACCOUNTABILITY :

Owner of the APAC innovation processes such as product management, product generation planning, VOC, product council, lean innovation process · Owner of the APAC PIP Assessment Template · Improvement progress of PIP development in APAC R&D sites · Co-owner of product generation plans for lock cases · Improvement of NPR% and Industry Leading NPR% · Improvement of APAC’s standard R&D and product management processes and structures

3. AUTHORITY :

Establishment of APAC’s PIP assessment methodology aligning to the Group template · Establishment of APAC ‘s R&D and product management standard processes aligning to the Group template

4. REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelor's degree of science or engineering · 3 to 5 years of experience in product management or in R&D · Experience in running workshops and training courses · Entrepreneurial, passionate, & inspiring in character · Structured and analytical in work approach · Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural skills · Experience in working across multiple business units · Professional English skills and Chinese language capability is a big plus · Extensive travelling requirements within APAC
