SAP Roadmap in Ecolab:

Ecolab have implemented the SAP ERP, CRM, SCM and BI solution set across the enterprise in Europe, International and North American business. Asia Pasic start the implement from China since 2010, the intention is to implement these applications on a single global instance based on our business blueprint with some localization. The systems will be hosted in St. Paul and supported by a Global and Regional SAP Solution Centers.

The AP SAP Support Center:

AP SAP Support Center plays an important role in the long term strategy and success of Ecolab as a key enabler of internal efficiency and effectiveness. They will work with global deployment team together to deliver the SAP project to the APAC countries, continually optimize the go live system and support for the regional business team.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Finance consultant will be mainly responsible for SAP FI data migration for Ecolab EBS project (GL, AP, AR, AA), will be executing following tasks from Finance perspective:

For project finance data:

• Execute the finance Master Data conversion from the legacy system. Analysis the data mapping. Execute data validation.
• Execute the finance data migration plan and cutover

• Support stabilization and handover.

For project finance model:

• Support the Gap resolution process in close cooperation with Core Team

• Prepare testing and training and support the Division/Country Team in execution

• Execute lead user training

• Support Business Readiness (people, data, processes, procedures, technology)

For daily maintenance:

• Work with business team to solve their issue and optimize the system

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• 7+ years experience in working on large scale SAP implementation projects. Especially for global roll out project.
• Strong knowledge of SAP finances data migration approach. Experience of finance data convenience at least 2 full lifecycle SAP.
• At least 5 years of functional and configuration experience in SAP FI, Experience should include at least: GL, AP, AR, AA.
• Fluent in English Language
• Bachelors degree in a technical or business area

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Certified in SAP FI
• The successful candidate has excellent communication and presentation skills and has used those skills to sell new ideas and concepts to business people as well as technical staff
• A good commitment for project delivery
• General accounting knowledge and practical experience incl. Local GAAP and US GAAP
