Responsibilities职责描述：

1. 负责新、旧产品结构、外形及材料的设计和改良；
2. sign and improve the structure, appearance and materials of new and old products;
3. 负责新产品手板和模具的设计与跟进；
4. sign new product prototype and tooling; follow up to make sure it meets design requirements;
5. 负责结构类工艺图纸文件和BOM的编写；
6. sponsible for mechanical process drawings, documents and BOM making;
7. 与供应商配合, 对样品及量产品改善提出方案, 进行跟进.
8. rk closely with suppliers, to oversee the quality of samples and batch products,
9. ovide improvement solution and follow up with suppliers to make sure within high quality;
10. 熟悉常用工程材料的特性与加工方法;
11. miliar with the characteristics and process methods of general engineering materials;
12. Work together with design members to drive advance projects and line-up case. Work closely and interact with designers from initial ideas to mass production, provide the professional knowledge;
13. 计团队一起推动项目的进展。与设计师紧密合作，从最初的创意到量产，提供专业知识;
14. Rapidly assess mechanical challenges, apply creative problem solving skills, and build an effective course of action;
15. 评估机械方面的挑战，应用创造性的解决问题的技能，并建立一个有效的行动过程;
16. Other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
17. 分配的其他工作任务。

         

Requirements 任职要求：

1. 机械工程相关专业，本科以上学历;
2. chelor and above degree, major in mechanical engineering;
3. 5年以上结构设计经验，尤其是在硅胶材料的加工和特性表征；
4. nimum of 5 years' experience in mechanical design, especially of Silicon material processing and characterization;
5. 有丰富的机械传动，结构设计能力;
6. perienced in mechanical drive, and excellent mechanical design ability;
7. 对塑料、金属、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体等材料的机械性能及表面处理(涂层)有较强的了解;
8. rong working knowledge of the mechanical behavior of plastic, metal, TPU etc, and finishing (coating);
9. 对机械趋势(新材料、新整理、新处理等)的敏感性高，善于探索和观察。

High sensitivity of mechanical trend (new material, new finishing, new structure etc.), good at exploration and observation.
