Responsibilities
We’re looking for an insightful market intelligence professional to join MI function in Corporate Marketing Department
- Strategic Vertical Marketing Team. Market intelligence function is aiming for timely providing insightful intelligence to internal stakeholders for trend watching, new business opportunity generation and for enhancing our understanding of business environment from 360 degrees.
Within the Market Intelligence function, the role will be responsible for tracking macro & market trends, monitoring publishing of important government policy, market/competition intelligence gathering through 1st hand and 2nd hand channels, reporting out in analyzable formality, and generating meaningful insights from intelligence collected, supporting research projects and Adhoc market intelligence studies.

Reporting to: Sr. Market intelligence manager
Responsibilities:
?Accurately and Timely Collect data/information required by manager through desk research mainly: Internal and external database, Gov. websites, industry media, Open search engine, 3rd party data providers, Investment banks, Analyst’s report, Market research reports… Should be able to sort out necessary source for intelligence collection, and know well when and where to collect what kinda information
?Organize and manipulate data into clean and analyzable formality in Excel or Word, should be able to summarize key characteristics of different data and design proper data documentation format for data collection
?Excel data mining and Analyzing intelligence collected in different angles, Summarize and Present analytical findings in a visualized way such as a market intelligence report in PPT with good quality to be shared with internal stakeholders within the deadline
?Support Macro, Market, Competition, Customers information collection, including but not limit to data, qualitative opinions & comments, financials, growth rate, market activities, strategic activities, NPL etc. Update collection in required documents, including Excel, Word, PPT. If necessary, should be able to design new templates for purpose of different managing reporting needs.
?Support intelligence vender scouting and selection, able to manage vender in terms of needs communication, pricing, qualification, comparison, proposing options, contracting, monitoring, quality control and giving feedback to services received
?Support research project in communication with venders and internal users for research needs qualification, research request composition, approaching consultants for proposals, organizing periodic project review among internal users and consultants, communicating and following up with consultants for decision and action points from each meeting, reporting progress to internal users timely
?Other adhoc assigned by manager
Qualifications:
?Preferred education background in life science(Biology, Pharmaceutical, Clinical medicine, Biotech, Biochemitry, Bioengineering, Bioprocessing)
pharmaceutical research and consulting background preferred
?Logical and Creative thinking and Diligent thinker
?Proven fast leaning capability
?Result-driven and Highly committed for result delivered, Strong Can-do attitude and be a Self-initiator
?Analytical and Strong expertise in data mining in Excel, PowerPoint designing etc., experience in Tableau, Power BI, Python language would be plus
?Fluent Oral/Written English communication
