Mission:

Focus on recruiting process and reach the talent recruitment target both for Bolaite and Linghein brand.

Job description:

• Managing the quality of the key HR operational deliveries, e.g. recruitment, employee relationship, reporting & filing and related activities.
• Facilitate recruiting effort effectively for the hiring of professional positions. Will be as Recruiter role in HR Link to manage the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, qualifying to evaluating candidates for a possible match, facilitate with hiring managers on hiring decisions and formulate offer letter.
• Promote company culture both for Bolaite and Linghein, enhance the team morale and engage employees via working with HR manager and the department managers closely.
• Supporting function via providing advice on HR policies and procedures. Building strong relationship with each functions, to obtain necessary support for efficient delivery.
• Follow-up new employees and the comment employee relationship issues.
• Coordinate/support human resources activities/events.

Experience requirements
Minimum 3 years experiences in Recruiting and staffing administration.

Job requirement:

• University graduate in Human Resource, Finance, economics or relevant.
• Good command of English in spoken and written.
• Good computer skills including Microsoft skills and outlook
• Excellent communication skills and team work spirit.
