Main duties:

1. Responsible for various retail reports,

2. Support to retail stores' daily operation, such as customer complaints handling, goods transfer follow up, store maintenance follow up, SAP system error handling & so on.

3. Assist retail stores to follow various activities such as promotion, new arrival launching, VM guildlines & so on. And assist retail operation manager to check the result, collect the feedbacks.

4.Retail staff uniform arrangement;

5.Key contact points for retail system & training.

6. Assist retail operation manager to update & revise various of SOP & operation manual.

Requirements:

1. Colleague degree or above, good English skill.

2. Advanced knowledge of excel spreadsheets, powerpoint & word preferable.

3. Good knowledge for retail system, understanding of retail operations and basic merchandising principles.

4. 3years working experience. Retail sector experience is preferred, and willing to work for a luxury brand & passionate to continue develop in this field.

5. Good communication & interpersonal skills when work with all levels of personnel on a daily basis.

6. Luxury brand working experience with retail operation knowledge is a big plus.
