工作职责:

Responsibilities:

？ Work with the head of DMPK biotransformation to manage the operation of a metabolite identification group, including managing and developing team members, keeping all major assays operational with high standards, developing and validating new in vitro metabolite identification assays. Supervise major projects to satisfy client’s quality and timeline requirements.

？ Be expected to have good knowledge of business environment and competitive situation and establish and maintain relationship with the company’s clients and develop business of WuXi DMPK.

？ Strong communication skills; Be required to effectively communicate and interface within WuXi DMPK and with other department to grow business and obtain synergy.

？ Assist to the head of DMPK biotransformation to improve operation process, quality and efficiency of the in vitro ADME assays.

？ Promote WuXi DMPK brand through high quality scientific presentation and/or publications and develop new technologies to maintain high level of scientific achievement for the company.

？ Allocate resource to projects, define responsibility and performance review criteria. Provide performance feedback and career coaching to team members.

任职资格:

？ 0-5 years industrial experience in drug metabolite profiling and structural identification of small molecules using LC/MS

？ Must have experience in operation of HRMS instruments and structural characterization. Experience in drug metabolism research is plus.

？ Must have solid knowledge in mass spectrometry and organic chemistry

？ Must have good track record in developing LC/MS methods and conducting LC/MS-based research

？ Master or PhD degree in a science discipline with experience or training in drug metabolism, analytical chemistry, life science and/or organic chemistry

？ Great insight for team and project management and business operation

？ Great ability to cooperate with other groups

？ Eager to learn new sciences and technologies for pharmaceutical research
