Key responsibility includes all aspects of operational procurement and negotiation for goods and services for our Retail Stores supplies. ？ Work closely with internal team including IT, Marketing VM and etc to incorporate product innovation, store facilities and deliver brand image ？ Communicate clear information to vendors, colleagues and hierarchy on a regular basis ？ Conduct daily follow-up on key indicators: Shipment timing, Orders follow-up, Negotiation follow-up, etc ？ Perform any other duties as assigned by Management Other key skills and competencies are as follow: ？ Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / International Trade or relevant disciplines is preferred. ？ At least 5 years of experience in a purchasing/sourcing position. ？ Good communication and negotiation skills. ？ Customer and sales-oriented. ？ Enjoys challenges, is positive and able to work under pressure. ？ Independent worker and able to take initiatives. ？ Fluent in oral and written English. ？ Familiar with Brazil, South America is a plus. ？ Portuguese or Spanish speaking could be a plus. ？ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point). ？ Available to travel if required
