PRIMARY PURPOSE AND OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB:

Following company strategy and relevant procedure to work closely with sales manager and distributors in order to achieve sales goals. Specific focus on private customers in North China.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1.Maintain and increase market share in north region private customers ( Pharma and Food factories), by building strong customer relationship and understanding the customer’s needs and requirement;

2.Focus on field Sales activity and report appropriately in order to achieve Sales targets;

3.Work closely with distributor to ensure private customer sell in/sell out/inventory;

4.Daily data analysis to find improvement and catch sales opportunity;

5.Communicate new product and service opportunities, special development, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to relevant colleagues / distributors.

KNOWLEDGE, LANGUAGE AND EXPERIENCE:

1.Bachelor degree or above major in Microbiology/ Food/ Medicine and Pharmacy /life science or relevant fields

2.At least 5 years’ experience in sales field with Pharma or Food customer

3.Strong negotiation skills coupled with conflict management and creative problem solving skills for complex business challenges;

4.Cross-functional team collaboration skills

5.Open for Travel, even outside of the designated territory
