职位描述
1、参与产品开发过程，负责产品EMC EMI总体设计评估和PI SI EMI设计仿真，对硬件详细设计提供EMC设计支持和解决方案。
2、参与产品研发各阶段的评审，依照EMC设计原理，对硬件电路原理图、PCB layout及结构设计等进行EMC审核，并提出评审意见；负责为其它同事提供EMC设计、测试的技术支持和标准依据。
3、对产品各阶段进行EMC验证测试，制定测试计划和方案，并提供测试报告；
4、负责产品的EMC测试、问题定位、对策分析，以及整改和验证，组织EMC改进方案评审。
5、参与制定本公司产品的EMC测试计划，以及相关的测试规范和流程；
6、收集并研究各种国际、国家标准及相关EMC要求，制定EMC设备测试操作规范，负责EMI测试和设计培训。
7、负责售后客户的EMI EMC技术支持工作。
8、完成上级领导交付的其他工作。
任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，具有较为系统的模电、数电、信号完整性和电磁兼容的理论知识和应用技能。
2、对EMC技术有比较深入的了解，熟悉DDR PCIE MIPI等高速信号接口，熟悉常用的EMI信号和完整性仿真工具和EMI EMC测试测量工具及仪器的使用。
3、熟悉电子产品和通信产品的EMC设计技术和方法。
4、从事EMI EMC问题诊断或信号完整性设计和分析相关工作3 年及以上。
5、高度的责任感和主观能动性，耐心细致，以及良好的沟通和协作能力。
