Verify all collections to make sure all collections are booked into right customer codes and offset properly on a timely basis.  Maintain the AR collection report to track the collection data;

Liaison with commercial department and/or customers to resolve discrepancies on cash collection, if any, on a timely basis;

Process receipts of bank acceptance notes and correctly offset with AR;

Process order release in JDE upon approval and documentation;

Execute and coordinate the rebate settlement according to the sales contract;

Be responsible for the sales and AR module reconciliation with GL in the month end closing, to make sure the smooth closing;

Liaison with plants re banking, invoice, tax related matters, if any

Assist with financial documents preparation, filing etc.

Actively support other internal Ad Hoc tasks.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in finance or accounting;

2 - 3 years working experiences in accounts receivable management or other relevant /similar accounting areas.

Proficient computer skill on Excel, experience on ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)

Good language capabilities for both English & Mandarin

Good communication skills with different stakeholders
