职位描述

  1. 积极开拓新市场、新客户,发展新的业务模式;

    Exploit new market segments, new clients and develop new business models;

  2. 熟悉客户需求,掌握产品知识,成为产品专家;

    Be familiar with customer needs, master product knowledge to become product expert;

  3. 进取心强,带领和激励团队完成和超越销售目标;

    Be ambitious, lead and motivate sales teams to achieve and exceed sales targets;

  4. 提出建议制定销售战略和编制预算,提交总经理审核;

    Propose sales strategy and set up budget and submit for review of MD;

  5. 回顾销售政策并进行优化升级, 确保销售团队执行公司销售政策及公司各项政策;

    Review sales policy, update and optimize; ensure the execution of company policies;

  6. 监督销售人员的绩效并进行辅导以确保公司销售目标得以完成;

    Monitor the sales performance and coach to make sure to complete the sales target;

  7. 完善管理系统,进行销售数据分析汇报;

    Improve sales management system and organize sales data analysis and reporting;

  8. 回顾销售奖励制度并提供优化建议,审核通过后组织实施;

    Review the sales incentive plan and provide proposal for update and optimization, do the implementation;

  9. 促进各部门与销售团队的沟通,提高销售实现效率;

    Promote the communication of different depts. with sales teams to increase the sales realization efficiency;

  10. 确保所有销售活动符合集团合规规定;

   Ensure the compliance of all sales activities;

任职条件:


1. 本科学历,材料、化学、工程建筑类、商务或相关专业优先

Bachelar's Degree, preferred in materials, chemicals, engineering, architecture or business administration or related

2. 具有在工业产品公司中领导中国地区销售团队的丰富经验

Significant sales management experience in leading an industrial product company in China.

3. 带领过30人以上销售团队具有完成3亿RMB以上销售额的成功经验

Successful sales performance over 300 Mil revenue leading more than 30 sales people

4. 良好的沟通和交际能力,学习能力强

Good communication skill, interpersonal relationship and learning ability

5. 适应弹性工作制

Adapt to flexible working time

6. 精通 Excel/Power pint 和Microsoft office

Proficient in Excel/Power pint and Microsoft office

7.积极主动,活力充沛,勤奋,执行力强,结果导向,有创造力和决策力
