岗位职责：

This role requires thorough understanding of Microsoft Azure and Office 365 business operations. Candidates should have a strong business or sales operations background and/or finance background, have strong communication, analytical skills and problem solving skills, and be comfortable with complex business and technical concepts. Candidates should have good understanding of china cloud market landscape, data insight and customer survey related experience is a plus.

任职要求：

Responsibilities:

Work on the business operation information summary and heath report, monitor business progression and highlight issues in a timely manner;

Monitoring system & tools in terms of sales record and process, identify area of improvement and drive it;

Monitor customer support record and identify area for improvement and drive it;

Be an escalation point for customer related issues and requirement to our service, monitor process of solution, keep a record and analyze it to provide recommendations for landing new features to address customer requirements;

Align pipeline of transactions between BG with PMM to ensure the synchronization of the business goals;

Keep a record of deals with special concession and discount required by local customers, analyze and provide recommendations on items to customize;

Keep close monitor in China public cloud market and players, report on a regular cadence as well as fast respond to major industry event.

Collect and Analyze both Azure and competitors’ strategy, product positioning, and sales & marketing tactics

Assistance in conducting market / competitor study

Support customer survey, give input in questionnaire design, assistance in feedback collection and analyze result

Qualifications:

1、Minimum 2 years business experience in business operations or customer service

2、BA/BS or equivalent required

3、Excellent oral and written communication skills (both English and Mandarin)

4、Understanding of Azure and other cloud competitor cloud technology understanding, Aliyun and AWS are both preferred

5、Good tech audience knowledge and insights

6、Min. 1yrs of cloud infrastructure and architecture experience. Cloud certification is a strong plus

7、Ability to translate comprehensive technologies to business language.

8、Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills and  interpersonal skills

9、Experience working with cross groups and in a multinational environment

10、Ability to work under stress in a fast-paced working environment
