Position Objective

· APAC Real Estate Manager is accountable for all real estate strategy / transaction, lease / purchase / disposal / renewal projects across APAC

· Ensure operationally upstream and downstream is process compliance and in accordance with L’Oreal Governance, Policy and Procedures

· Develop a strong strategy for location and building strategy

· Maintain good relationship with landlords

· Strong knowledge and connectivity to the real estate market in order to drive the best real estate strategy

Roles and Responsibility

· Assist APAC Real Estate Director managing all real estate strategy / transaction, lease / purchase / disposal / renewal project across APAC Zone.

· Develop and maintain the working relationship with country/entity stakeholders, project teams and other internal stakeholder (Purchasing, Finance, HR etc.)

· Manage and guide service providers on all projects and ensure consistency of governance and delivery standards

· Develop the financial analysis and prepare business case for approval

· Ensure lessons learned and success factors are both captured and integrated back to transaction process and develop continuous improvement

· Assist the Lease Administration and data quality (if needed)

· Assist/Lead the Workplace Strategy (if needed)

Skillsets/Experience

· Degree in real estate or relevant

· Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in similar role with APAC experience. Ideally at least 2 year experience independently running and successfully delivering complex and multi-location projects across the APAC Zone.

· Strong industry market knowledge and experience across APAC

· Good understanding of financials and ability to demonstrate business plan

· Flexible, resilience and strong communication skills in multi-culture environment

· Experience in workplace strategy and/or project fit-out/construction is a strong plus

· Language in speaking French is a plus
