Responsibilities:

? Interpret design brief and communicate with client, to catch the key point of project.

? Propose design and lead team to develop it.

? Supervise junior architects on design development.

? Independent presentation to client, government or expert panel.

? Continuous attention to new ideas, new materials and sustainable design, with appropriate application.

Requirements:

? Degree holder in Architecture discipline. Overseas degree holder preferred.

? At least 10 years working experience. Specific knowledge of project type ( i.e. retail, office, hospitality).

? Outstanding design ability

? Enthusiasm for teamwork and co-operation within disciplines and offices.

? Skilled in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, Rhino, 3dMax preferred. Or excellent freehand drawing ability.

? Fluent in both written and spoken English, Mandarin

? Portfolio required.

? 10-15年工作经验。有专长的设计领域（例如商业、办公、医院等）。

? 设计能力突出。

? 富有工作热情和团队精神。

? 熟练掌握AutoCAD, Sketchup等软件，最好有运用Revit, Rhino, 3dMax的能力。或者手绘能力出众。

? 良好的中英文会话和书写能力。

? 需附上作品集。
