工作职责:

Responsibility and Primary Activities

1. As the Process optimization steward, candidate will support China D & L Lead to develop, install and realize market initiatives to ensure alignment with overall Merck/MMD strategy, and deliver cost effective, compliant operations.

2. Candidate will initiate appropriate distribution and logistics strategies that are consistent with the market. Candidate will monitor/track strategic and operational plans and periodic performance against them.

3. Candidate will focus on the supply chain management related process optimization initiatives, supporting and enabling future design could support China business growth and risk mitigations will be implemented as well.

4. Candidate will provide leadership to the development, alignment and delivery of joint objectives within SCM, with other MSD functional areas and external customers.

5. Candidate will collaborate closely with various stakeholders like GHH, GSBD, and External Partners to create Route to Market Strategy.

6. Collaborate with SCM team to achieve department goals and objectives

7. Other assignments as per business needs

Key Responsibilities and Competencies:

？ Support China D & L Lead to develop and optimize the D & L operation process to drive compliance operation and operations excellence.

？ Project Manager of China warehouse and distribution strategic project

？ Cost optimization projects

？ Cold chain projects

？ Other assigned project support

？ Support and/or drive compliance related project management.

任职资格:

Key competencies/experiences:

1. At least 5 years

relevant working experience

2. Related experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Medical Device, consulting firm are required.

3. Solid experiences/ knowledge of Distribution and Logistics, as well as cold chain management.

4. Supply Chain related project management knowledge and working experience is required.

5. Knowledge of GMP/GSP, China pharmaceutical regulations

6. APICS, Lean Practitioner, 6 Sigma, SAP knowledge will be a Plus

7. Excellent communication and negotiation skills

8. Excellent in English Speaking and Writing

9. Passionate, team player, and willing to learn and take extra responsibility
