Lead the preparation, issuance
and filing of APAC transfer pricing documentations/local files, transfer
pricing forms, and CBCR notifications. This work requires strong organizational
skills and ability to direct and work efficiently with external consultants,
local finance and business teams.

Work together with the Director
of Transfer Pricing Operations based in the U.S. and regional transfer pricing
leads to identify and implement process improvement within the worldwide
transfer pricing compliance area.

Support the implementation of
policies, procedures and practices regarding the pricing of intragroup
transactions for the APAC region.

Assist the APAC tax team with
transfer pricing aspects of APAC tax audits.

Contribute to the transfer
pricing functional analysis library by conducting local functional
interviews.

Coordinate the preparation and
update of intercompany agreements for the APAC region.

Assist with questions related
to management fees and royalties for the APAC region.

Assist with transfer pricing
adjustments and other periodic transfer pricing analyses for the APAC region.

Assist with regional or global
ad-hoc analyses and data mining, as required.

Assist with other regional or
global transfer pricing projects, as directed by the Director of Transfer
Pricing Operations.

Develop junior TP team members
through supervision, training, and exposure to various skills and work
situations.

Establish strong working
relationships across various corporate and business functions in the APAC region
(e.g., within tax, accounting, legal, treasury, finance and business teams) to
successfully execute transfer pricing projects.

Fluent English, strong verbal
and written communication skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
education and experience

l0 level1 lfo1">？
Minimum of 8 years of
experience in progressively responsible positions in transfer pricing in
industry and/or accountancy practice. International tax experience is a plus.
Industry experience with a large multinational company is a plus.

Competency with Microsoft Excel
and Word, and prior experience with finance, tax and/or accounting software
applications.
