？ 对具体项目强电专业设计工作负责；
1) 根据业主要求和建筑方案，对本专业系统进行技术及经济可行性分析，确定暖通空调专业系统方案；
2) 出席相关会议，与各有关单位进行技术讨论；
3) 配合施工具体工作，对各项工作成果进行审核并负责；
4) 高级工程师带领工程师/工程师带领助理工程师按要求完成相关图纸绘制和技术规格书的编制；
5) 完成部门主管交办的其它工作。

Responsibilities
1) Refer to client requirement and architecture schematic design, provide the HVAC system technical and economic feasibility analysis then confirm the HVAC system t schematic design stage
2) Attend the meeting and discuss the technical issues with related organizations
3) Coordinate to construction administration works and review design outcomes
4) Leading the HVAC project engineers or engineers to complete the drawing and specification
5) Complete the supervisor's requirements


任职要求：
1) 相关专业本科及以上学历；
2) 高级工程师至少8年楼宇机电设计相关工作经验，具备国外机电设计顾问/咨询公司工作经验者优先；
3) 对酒店、商业、办公、综合体暖通空调设计具有独到经验；
4) 熟悉国家关于暖通空调设计及施工验收的相关规范，对建筑工程设计/建设标准、规范、规程和技术经济政策有一定的掌握，且能正确运用；
5) 了解一定的建筑及结构专业相关知识，具有一定项目现场经验者优先；
6) 具备团队合作精神、敬业精神；
7) 有较强的计算机辅助设计及应用能力；
8) 熟练操作MS Office和Auto CAD；
9) 良好的中英文表达及书写能力优先。
10) 具有注册设备工程师及高级职称或以上优先

Position requirements
1) Bachelor or above degree
2) At least 8 years working experiences and have the international MEP consultant company working experiences is priorities
3) Familiar to hotel, mall, office, hospital and mixed-use project HVAC design with unique understanding
4) Familiar to national HVAC design and construction codes and standards requirements
5) Fully understand building engineering design code, standard and specification requirements, especially in HVAC system
6) Basic knowledge related to architecture and structure, and have project site experience is priority
7) Team working spirit
8) Good computer skills in CAD, office. BIM Revit is add value
9) Good English oral and writing is add value
10) China registered HVAC (equipment) engineer and HVAC senior engineer certification is add value
