职位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Sales – 80% of the working time:
? Implement and effectively utilize the strategic of Key end-user and project selling
process on Key MRO channel side. This including:
1. Function for Product training and glove recommendation.
2. Collecting extensive key End-user information.
3. Potential KA list establish and classification.
4. Be a Product consultant and Daily Window to Key MRO Distributor.
5. Assist KA Sales Manager of Great China and TSM to coordinate the daily issues to Key End-users.
? Attain KA sales target in Great china Region under the Sales Head’s instruction.
? Plan sales trips in advance with goals in trip report.
? Fill in daily, weekly and monthly report noting K/A MRO customer visited on correct forms.
? Coordinate with internal departments on sales logistics and follow up.
? Correct and improve the Sales forecast base on the Key MRO KA side.
Others – 20% of the working time
- Collect and report competitor activities to Great China Sales Head and maintain up to date and relevant information.
- Assist to TSM to launch the annual Marketing Plan in relation to promotional programs and other support activities to Key MRO channel and Key End-users.
- Assist with the execution of specific KA MRO sales promotions and advertising in line with the annual Marketing plan.
- Co-ordinate Trade Show/Expo activities including arranging display stands, promotional themes/strategies, support material, lead generation activities, etc.
- Assist and coordinate KA MRO Channel promotions activities including providing images, text copy and layout guidance.
- Ensure all business activities comply with relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards.
- Maintain KA contact and analyze basic competitor activities.
- Maintain and up to date and detailed understanding of KA progress in line with annual budgets, including sales by distributor, by product, by verticals, etc.
- Register customer complaints information into the database for processing.
- Provide assistance to TSM on Regional sales as necessary.
- Manage other projects from time to time as required.
KEY POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Education
- Relevant industrial qualification, prefer a four-year college degree
Job Experience
- A proven academic track record.
- Prior exposure to/work experience in MRO channel Sales and K/A works roles, Rich PPE product sales experience would be Required.
- Knowledge / experience of China Local cultures and languages would be a necessary, especially MNC and Large SOE.
- Knowledge / experience in distributing of different industries of Great China.
Knowledge and Skills
- Computer literacy – Microsoft office (minimum intermediate level on all software packages)
- SFDC or similar CRM software
- Knowledge of Internet and search engines
- Familiar with electronic artwork formats e.g. PDF, jpeg etc…
- Pleasant and efficient phone management skills
- Good English spelling, grammar and literacy skills
- Effective communicator (in verbal and written form)
- Know “to do”
- Good planning and time management skills
Additional Requirements (travel, etc.)
Over 90% time at MRO Customer Office as working window, Home base sales model accepted and well management.
