Responsibilities:

- Keeping track of requests for proposals from key clients and identifying suitable project opportunities

- Preparing expression of interests and proposals in cooperation with technical staff

- Developing professional and visually pleasing proposal layouts and designs

- Assembling and preparing marketing material for use in proposals

- Managing database of BD opportunities and assisting in reporting to upper management

- Responsible for the coordination and management of PRC sales source

- Providing project support as needed, including translation of project reports, and miscellaneous administrative support

- Bidding documents preparation and negotiation for EPC projects

 Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Master’s degree preferred

- Excellent computer skills, including with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)

- 3 years and above working experience in Business development or relevant field

- Applicants should be self-motivated, conscientious, organized, and responsible

- Able to work under pressure and time limitations

- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills

- Overtime can be acceptable
