Job Description：

1、Be responsible for overall facility support and admin work, mainly focus on below.

2、To be the key contact person for all China admin works once necessary.

3、Responsible for managing daily admin Standard Work. 

4、Work with procurement team to select, verify and coordinate vendors. Ensure safe practices and high-quality standards.

5、Monitors the work being performed by 3rd party agencies related to facility related functions

6、Responsible for the technical and expertise support for facility equipment trouble shooting and quality investigations

7、Responsible for the Project Management capability for all facility equipment related efforts.

8、Works closely with direct reports, business department, finance in the development and control of budgets, cost expenditure, and cost control.

9、Other tasks when assigned by the manager. 

Job Requirements：

1、Colleague degree or above

2、Good command in oral and written Chinese and English

3、Ability to lead a well-defined business process within Administration and Business Support.

4、Most likely to have 7-10 years of relevant work experience Technical, functional and professionalAbility influence others and follow processes.

5、Some experience supporting key business initiatives.

6、Extensive knowledge of Outlook & MS Office
