Responsibilities

1. Take responsibility of overall business of transportation and warehousing management, integrate global category strategy and country requirement to meet business needs.

2. Be accountable for supplier management, leverage supplier's capability by joint effort with regional /global commodity owner. Ensure global commodity strategy implementation whilst benefit to country both cost target and purchasing process improvement

3. Formulate cross functional levers for supplier performance, innovation, service level and sustainable growth with the function governance / validation.

4. Optimize supply base towards performance improvement for seminar/travel category.

5. Build supplier pool with up-to-date market intelligence to support business opeartion

6. Develop collaborative relationship with internal stakeholder to develop business requirement specification standardization for travel and seminar.

7. Support Purchasing function for both global and country initiative/program.

8. Establish data tracing system, and provide analysis for key stakeholders in order to generate higher productivity and manage Travel/Seminar behaviour in efficiency.

9. Standardize and optimize global purchasing tools and platform in deployment whilst considering country demand in efficiency and cost effectiveness.

10. Integrate and synergize purchasing activities across all different business units, drive performance and cost target whilst maintaining unified standard and process

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree, in Business Administration or Supply Chain, purchasing preferred.

2. 5 years of experience in logistic management at different levels from strategic planning to operational efficiency. 3 years of Non Production or Indirect Purchasing with broad commercial experience.

3. Candidate with business agility, strong communication skill, team work player, and functional management exposure is preferred

4. Capable on English both writing and speaking, strong presentation skill at all levels, solid data analytical competence, creative thinking across boundaries, supplier relationship management, negotiation and contract management skill are essential.
