Description：

Global, PCB Assembly process leader

In a global role, define, deploy and drive excellence in PCB assembly and testing to optimize the performance of the electronic card manufacturing process.

Scope

Global scope, covers Industrialization in Businesses and
Manufacturing in GSC regions for PCB Assembly & Test domains.

Main Missions

- Manage Transformation initiated by GSC-Strategy in the domain

- Manage the Technical repository in the domain

- Provide guidlines, methodologies, tools and training material

- Manage working groups on technology topics

- Share and promote best practices in the domain (CopyRight)

- Manage Industrialization & Technology competencies in the domain

-  Manage the Edison campaign jury for PCB Assembling & Test

-  Provide and manage mapping  of the expertise in the domain(including SME network).

- Animate the technological networks in the domain

-  Manage the core team composed by GSC and Businesses representatives

-  Manage Webinars with the skill community

-  Manage the technical committee (EATC) in collaboration with N+1

- Support technically Business industrialization teams and GSC regions

-  Manage "footprint creation" (SMT component pad creation)

-  Manage PCB expertise

- Ensure functional management of the PCBA & Test group(roadmap, action plan, group efficiency in collaboration with n+1)

Contribution

- Contribute to the SPS Industrialization assessments (in domain)

- Manage and perform SPS PCBA audits (Technical audits of internal shop floors)

- Manage with the Procurement the EMS audits in the frame of the SAM.

Business Industrialization

GSC regions: Supply Chain deployment; ECC (Electronic competency center)

Central Functions: Industrial Deployment (Electronic);
Global Technology Standardisation (EME Lab)

Procurement: representative for EMS management; SQMEs

Experience & education

- Strong experience in industrial Engineering  in a large context within GSC Regions(performance or deployment) and/or BU industrialization

"- PCBA Manufacturing or/and PCBA Industrialization

Expertise:

- Strong knowledge in PCB assembly process (and PCBA test to a lesser extent)

- master the PCBA industrialization process (DFM, DFT,Valor, …)

- good knowledge on the component features (packaging, foot print,...)"

"- Ability to:

- manage functionally a group of people

- manage a project

- coach ,animate, train"

- Master Degree in Industrial Engineering

- English fluent

Location & mobility

- Located close to a development center (HUB).

- Able to travel around the world (10 to 15 weeks/year)
