KEY ACCOUNTIBILITIES:

Job Description: 

Report to Identity & Access Management Assistant Director. Responsible for account management daily operations. Ensure that our AD/Email/Lync/ERP account management securely and smoothly. 

Responsibilities:

? Manage 5 outsourcing team members to perform daily account management tasks. 

? Ensure all account management procedures run smoothly.

? Analysing account management data and take corresponding measures.

? Investigate current account management procedure and communicate with developer to provide automation tool. 

               

REQUIREMENTS At least 2 years experiences in account management field ·      

At least 3 years Windows Active Directory experiences ·        

General Computer Information Technology knowledge ·     

Familiar with O365/Exchange/Lync solutions. ·        

 General security relative experiences EDUCATION (Indicate the mini. requirement & preferred discipline): Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems.
