岗位职责：

 The Job goal and responsibilities:

? Maximize the impacts of Sales & Marketing through outstanding Event/Seminar engagements and experiences aligned with GEPs.

? Drive Event/Seminar excellence of marketers and sellers by governing the standards and building the readiness of marketers.

? Enhance our Event/Seminar Marketing capability by evolving process & tools.

? Understanding of Business Priorities.

The Job scope:

? Support Event Lead to manage Tier-1 and important Tier-2s large scale events and its GEP alignment.

? To organize and manage cross functional and segments activities efficient. 

? To ensure that all events are compliant and secure to meet business requirements and objectives on schedule and within budget constraints.

? Contribute to efficient planning of all events in China sub.

? Systems and process to enhance events/seminars capability.

? Technologies that enable great event/seminar experience.

? Ad hoc event support.

任职要求：

? 2+ years large scale event operation experience.

? Have experience planning and executing marketing activities that drive business results while remaining true to the brand.

? Ability to influence multiple stakeholder groups and connect with diverse audiences

? Has the ability to ensure large virtual teams are aligned on key details.

? Very proactive in approach –builds plan based on desired outcome and ensures completion. 

? Outstanding organizational and communication skills & problem solving ability. 

? Excellent English skills
