YOUR CHALLENGE

The position works closely with training/program leaders, supports the planning, design, implementation, assessment and delivery of both new and existing L&D programs. The position is responsible for ownership of key aspects of existing onboarding programs for new hires and for professional skills and management development course delivery and administration.)

 Execution of Learning & Talent Development Program

  • Guarantee both Office & Retail onboarding programs run smoothly
  • With guidance from the L&D Manager, assist with design and execution of training programs (including training plans and training methods) following corporate training philosophy and standards
  • Design, develop and produce training materials (e.g. facilitator guide/participant workbooks, learning videos, posters)
  • Assist with training content create
  •  Schedule training sessions and coordinate with facilitators


Research, Data Analysis & Reporting

  •  Conduct research using known and creative sources of information on a variety of Learning & Talent Development topics, trends
  •  Collect metrics and report on overall program engagement & effectiveness according to pre-defined measures
  •  Synthesize disparate data sources to offer a summary of findings and point of view on the assigned topic
  • Conduct training needs analysis


 Learning Management System & Technology Tools

  • Operate and maintain internal Learning Management System
  • Using business/learning requirements, discover learning technologies/tools to support program objectives
  •  Functionally administer & support the use of our learning platform
  •  Monitor adoption & enhancement requests for future changes


 Internal Communication

  •  Partner closely with Global Internal Communications team and L&D Manager for communications needs including drafting messages, contributing to communications strategy, run the internal communication platform, sending and tracking communications with support from other team requests


WHO YOU ARE

  • 3+ years of experience in corporate L&D function, especially within Retail industry;
  • Must be certified by TTT or relevant training skills course, be capable of delivering training
  •  Strong analytical and organizing skills & excellent communication skills and project coordination.
  •  Excellent English written and oral communication skills are MUST
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to relate at all levels.
  • Knowledge of Power Point, Word and Excel, Video Making required.
  • Experience in working with a Learning Management System (LMS) preferred.
  •  Good taste of aesthetics, Photographic,AI,Photoshop and Video Editing skills are Pluses.
  • Bachelor or above preferred
