岗位职责：

1. To develop well-rounded business plan based on product to be acquired from external partners, including marketing competitive landscape, marketing plan, FTE deployment plan & financial forecast.

2. To manage the whole process for all opportunities for product acquisition from external partners, including initial client communication, on-site presentations, RFI(Request For Information) response, client workshops, RFP(Request For Proposal) submission negotiation and deal signing.

3. Be the focal point for communication associated with licensing in opportunity activities with company stakeholders and external partners.

4. To provide support to external partners to ensure client satisfaction through the life cycle of the relationship.

5. Develop & follow up with lead that emerges potential opportunity for product licensing in.

6. Monitor industry dynamics & provide support over industry policy analysis and implication to market.

7. Any other task assigned by line manager.

任职要求：

Bachelor degree of Pharm or Medicine.

Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in marketing in the MNC Pharmaceutical.

Demonstrated ability to write proposals, negotiate contracts and develop business plan as described above.

Strong relationship building and negotiation skills with an ability to persuade/influence and effectively gain.

Enthusiastic about building and maintaining new and existing relationships and business partnerships.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PPT.
