职位概述

Beyondsoft Consulting is looking for outstanding entry-level candidates to collaborate on a client’s project as we continue to build out our highly successful Business Analysis team. Our team will be providing data analysis to a large Enterprise level client in the contact center sector: helping our client stakeholders to manage and maintain their customer in the spheres.

Ideal candidates include fresh graduates with excellent communication and analytical skills and a drive to learn more about data analysis knowledge. Special consideration will be given to candidates with experience who have been working with transnational companies or have rich experience working for contact center. Strong logistic at work and phenomenal problem-solving skills are critical traits for this role. • Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Good at comprehension and communication in collaborated teams
• Excellent questioning, analytical and trouble shooting skills
• Motivated to learn new technologies and systems quickly
• Experienced in working effectively with a quick-responding team
• Any contact center experience is a plus
• Any Business Analysis experience is a plus
