职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
-Identify the high impact project opportunities through working closely with sourcing leaders and factories management.
-Lead and guide specific continuous improvement projects within suppliers (Tier 1, 2 & 3) in conjunction with LO functions.
-Coaching and mentoring to LO's on specific projects.
-Tracking and keeping projects focused and completed on time lines.
-Baseline and measure progress, review and critique results with suppliers & LO's
-Formulate appropriate ROI templates allowing for financial benefit confirmation.
-Identify needs and if necessary assemble resources to support.
-Document best practice and communicate to CI team & sourcing organizations
-Establish guidelines for suppliers & LO's for best practice roll out with milestones.
-Attend LO and sourcing meetings to communicate issues and progress
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
-Communications and Interpersonal skill with all levels of organization
-Experience in consulting and working with remote factories and diverse cultures.
-Good project management and multi-task management skills
-Ability to converting project results into a measurable financial return.
-Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, analysis and hypothesize
-Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions
-Ability to deliver effective and persuasive presentations.
-Computer competency in: Microsoft word, excel, power point, vision.
-Good English presentation Skill
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
-University degree in Business, Industrial Engineering (IE) or a related field.
-Training and Certification in Lean Manufacturing and 6 Sigma tools is necessary. 6-10 years of experience in Lean & 6 Sigma implementation in the field or equivalent industry experience.
-Footwear or Apparel production expertise a plus.
