PRIMARY PURPOSE AND OVERALL OBJECTIVE:
Deliver the technical service directly to end user for main product range. Collaborate with Office base Application support team for distributors audit. Work as a technical consultant with customers. Organize on-site training at customers site when required.
Promote and grow the reagents/equipment consumption of bioM閞ieux product range.
Assist Sales from a technical point of view in pre-sales process.
Assist finished demo test if necessary.
Arrange 3Q document for customers who buy the services.
Finished other works assigned by the direct supervisor.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1.On-site/remote support: Provide professional and in-time technical support to end users ensuring smooth and appropriate use of bioM閞ieux products (including installation training, 3Q assist, troubleshooting, etc.) in responsible territory. Provide technical advice and assistance to sales and marketing activities of instrument (e.g. demonstration, exhibitions, tendering, workshop). Perform laboratory testing (e.g. feasibility study complaint investigations);
2.Support of product lines: Have the ability to do troubleshooting for product related application. Manage technical database and act as consultant for responsible product lines/application. Organize on-site training at customers site when required.
3.Distributor service management: Keep close communication with distributor application specialist. Improve and monitor their competency and service quality, ensuring them pass verification.
4.Reagent consumption and equipment promotion: Work hand in hand with Sales representative to achieve territory sales target; Drive reagents consumption of bioM閞ieux products, both manual and automated systems; Promote suitable equipment based on understanding of customer抯 needs and BMX抯 total solution;
5.Key account participation: Proactively take care of the KA customer, through keeping routine communication, timely finding out potential problem . Work collaboratively with KA/marketing team to increase customer satisfaction. Update visit information through CRM or other communication tools timely.
KNOWLEDGE, LANGUAGE AND EXPERIENCE:
1.Bachelor degree or above major in Microbiology/Biological Technology or related science
2.Technical Knowledge with micro-lab to do some basic test, good practice experience in Food or Pharma solutions is preferred.
3.Minimum 1 years' microbiology lab experience in related function or industry it will be preferred.
4.Committed to customer and to service with sense of urgency. Sense of autonomy and (self-discipline)
5.Good command of English in both written and oral
6.Experience with Microsoft office software, strong excel skill is and advantage
7.Good interpersonal and communication skills
