programs utilizing the resources within region / cross regions

various stages from concept definition with the business through implementation

relationship:

HR Services & Solutions and HR Business Partners to ensure alignment with
policy and business objectives

implementation:
mso-char-indent-count:0;mso-list:l0 level2 lfo1">o Based on comprehensive knowledge of Compensation
& Benefits related topics, leads annual processes, such as performance pay planning,
incentive plan deployment and year-end closing for the region
mso-char-indent-count:0;mso-list:l0 level2 lfo1">o Initiates complex analysis of organization's total
compensation packages and based on market research and trend analysis
recommends policy adjustments and forecasts cost implications to business in
order to remain competitive in the industry

and external equity, cost of labor, pay trends, recommendations on salary
packages, salary increase guidelines and job grading system applications,
etc.

tasks for a region independently and ensures all Compensation & Benefits
policies and practices are being implemented

develop and design policies and practices in the organization

combination of education and experience

broad-based compensation across the APAC region as well as significant exposure
outside of APAC

performance evaluation, payroll, and benefits
mso-char-indent-count:0;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">§ Knowledge and skills:

legal, labor and economic environment of the assigned region
