1. Job Summary

该职位主要负责客户现场全职员工，主要负责综合设施管理客户的市场传播活动，通

过计划、提高和实施定制化的、多样的驻场传播活动，突显CBRE驻场服务的价值、

加强驻场服务与消费者的互动性，进而提高消费者满意度和CBRE品牌的知名度及美

誉度。

The Communications manager is fully dedicated to client, in charge of the marketing communication programs of CBRE client. The primary role of this position is to plan, develop and implement a broad range of communication activities to enhance the value of CBRE onsite services and the consumer engagement, in order to promote consumer satisfaction and CBRE brand reputation and awareness.

该职位作为CBRE重要客户的传播活动负责人，将与市场部紧密合作，为CBRE其他业务及项目提供关键数据及消费者反馈，同时也是公司信息的重要传播渠道。

As the person in charge of the onsite communications of CBRE client, this

position works closely with central marketing, contributing to achieving CBRE

business or project successes by providing key statistics and consumer insights, and also playing as channels to cascade company message to our target audience.

Enhance the consumer experience of campus services and build campus brand

among internal stakeholders

Develop collaterals of the campus

？ 管理并加强客户对于驻场服务的了解

Manage the consumer visibility of on-site services

？ 借助线上及线下工具，计划并实施服务推广项目以及客户参与活动

Plan and implement service promotions and consumer engagement

activities through both online and BTL tools

？ 管理及统筹各类活动及庆典

Manage events and celebrations

Build the Client’s Shanghai Campus brand among external stakeholders as

Workplace of Choice

在外部相关利益方群体建立上海研发园区的品牌形象，将其打造为“***工作环

境”。

？ 为客户企业传播团队提供故事以支持提高员工品牌传播

Provide stories for client‘s Corp. Communications team to support

employer branding

？ 在危机管理发生时，作为CBRE及诺华传播团队的协调员

Work as a coordinator during issue management and supporting both

CBRE and Novartis Comm.

2. 任职要求 Qualification & Requirements

教育背景 Education Background

？ 本科学历及以上 Bachelor degree or above

？ 市场营销、传播、新闻、英语或中文专业

Major in marketing, communication, journalism, English or Chinese literature

工作经验 Working Experience

？ 2 年以上市场传播或公共关系工作经验（企业内部或公关公司均可，有一

定社会化媒体营销经验更佳。）

2 years or above experience in marketing communication or public relations (Both corporate and agency experience is preferred. Social media experience is a plus.)

？ 有执行高强度、结果为导向的传播项目经验和确实的工作业绩

Experience with a proven track record of executing high-impact, result-oriented communications programs

专业技能 Professional skills

？ 能够使用常用设计软件，包括Photoshop 或 Illustrator 等

Ability to use common desktop publishing software (Photoshop,

Illustration or equivalent)

通用技能 General skills

？ 能较强的中英文口头和书面表达能力，具备演讲技巧

Strong oral & written communications and presentation skills
