In this role, you have the opportunity to
Deliver qualified service to customers including installation and maintenance of solution related products and value added solutions. This position is very important to ensure long term customer satisfaction and loyalty, and playing a very important role in the growth of customer service business and sales business. Acquiring customers’ demands and design proper service products for them.
You are responsible for
Perform pre-sales support, providing technical consulting regard the related solutions and products.
Sometimes need to go on site implementing the solutions and maintenance.
Help the local service market team to create value added service portfolio, evaluate the project from the technical level.
Help with the market activities including provide lectures for target audience for market promotion.
Help setup up a training process internally within the service team and educate the field service engineers
Translate customer pains into products, working closely with local research team and global support center on certain project; perform as a project manager as well as an implementer.
You are a part of
Describe in two to three lines the place of the role in the organization and the team culture.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor degree of engineering or science major
Good understand of basic networking(CCNA/CCNE), preferred to have independent network design experience
Good understand of SQL, preferred to have experience on maintenance of database
Great attitude of studying new knowledge and skill
Good in English(CET-6)
PMP certificate would be great, or work as major role in certain project
