-Work with Country Internal Communications Manager, to develop and implement overall internal communications strategy, with emphasis on building and enhancing employee knowledge and understanding of the Corporate vision and strategy.

- Develop the corporate image in the country and ensure communication consistency / coordination across all Business Groups within a region/country.

- Manage internal networks (70 sites) to generate / share news (like Wechat, etc).

- Organize internal communication events (site events and/or tech days, trade fairs, Annual Party, Employee Activities, CSR activities...).

- Provide proposals and ideas help to improve all kinds of communication tools and channels (newsletter, we-chat, TV news).

- Choice and management of appropriate suppliers and service providers (communication agencies, advertisement agencies, designers...).

职位要求：

-strong English and Chinese speaking, reading and writing skills required 

- More than 1 years in an industrial company or PR Company 

- Experience with international environment exposure

- Editor experience in newsletter and/or We-chat, TV news script

- All kinds of events organization experience

- Be active, creative and open minded

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

- Knowledge of the latest trends in communications would be an advantage
