Job Purpose:

?Develop capabilities in supply chain functions through technology (digital, E Commerce), modelling, advanced analytics, and best practices.

?Provide expertise and support, in identifying, driving, and enabling best practices and continuous improvement, in alignment with functional leadership and in collaboration with the other functions across the organization.

?Develop effective dashboard and reports to monitor and measure supply chain performance, to enable supply chain stakeholders to identify potential issues, and initiate corrective or improvement plan. 

?Understand latest technology trends to develop and maintain digital capabilities, culture and processes

?Responsible for ensuring implementation and execution of Supply Chain Excellence initiatives and projects.

?Manage a team of 4-6 highly technical resources.

Key Accountabilities:

?Define, plan, and coordinate the alignment of systems, tools, and processes for supply chain with a focus on optimization of existing business processes, performance, project management, and continuous improvement.

?Lead the development and deployment of end-to-end supply chain processes designed to improve efficiencies including tracking and monitoring KPIs (dashboard)

?Develop effective dashboard and reports to monitor and measure supply chain performance, to enable supply chain stakeholders to identify potential issues, and initial corrective or improvement plan. 

?Drive operational excellence through benchmarking, best practice adoption, process transformation and quantification of business constraints and rules

?Develop a platform of supply chain analytics, modelling and decision support tools, to support internal and external business partners, including:

                                - Data visualization and mapping tools

                                - Distribution network and inventory optimization

                                - Transportation route planning and other operational optimization initiatives

?Lead teams to develop a pipeline of optimization opportunities and implement those improvements using advanced analytical, mathematical and quantitative capabilities.

?Manage multiple supply chain projects, which includes managing project timelines, balancing resource plans, presenting to executive steering committees and driving successful project go-lives.  

?Identify operations challenges and improvement opportunities within supply chain, develop solutions fit for business purpose. Work with stakeholders and appropriate governance forums for approval of strategic initiatives.

?Support the designs of global development and deployment of best in class supply chain practices and systems

?Understand last technology developments impacting company supply chains, develop business cases for implementation benchmark and evaluate future supply chain trends and best practices and prioritize areas of improvement

?Manage and develop existing internal and external digital platform and system, join the global digital projects, including e-Commerce, SHIFT, MDM platform etc.

?Build a strong competitive team based on identified core competency, drive employee engagement and talent management.

?Performance management & development of team members, ensure the proper training and tools availability for result delivery.

Education:                                

?Bachelor or Master degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering / Operational Research, or related

Experience & knowledge:  

?10 + years of Supply Chain experience with knowledge spanning most supply chain functions, include 5+ years of experience leading transformational projects

?Proven leadership with complex, cross functional projects including setting scope, reaching consensus, execution, and presenting results

?Strong analytical skills and supply chain systems knowledge, proficiency in optimization modelling system and experience with statistical learning concepts preferred.

?Highly numerate and good knowledge of supply chain and logistics systems and processes.

?Works well under pressure, handle numerous projects at once, and meets internal and external deadlines while implementing creative solutions

?Excellent consultative, listening, communication and analytical skills.

?Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint

?Knowledge of supply chain systems, business intelligence, and modelling system

?Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team environment

?Good communication skills, both verbal and written in Chinese and English.

?Strong cross-cultural communications and leadership, influencing and consultative skills.
