Responsibilities:
Greater China SDM – 70%
?Manages Regional Business Accounts relationship in Greater China: makes sure Info Services (IS )and Business stakes are aligned; contributes to alignment of Greater China strategies with global Group strategy,
?Ensuring local needs are taken into account. Builds a strong relationship with site managers, CFOs and other local decision makers and stands for main or even only contact for our sites / subsidiaries for issues related to information systems.
?Promotes the use of IS Services, provide necessary Tips & Tricks and drive user adoption.
?IS Economic model to business leadership : Explains the model and help users business to adjust their consumptions, in conjunction with other IS departments, helps on setup of yearly budget for the region based on first year of LRP, identifies business priorities in partnership with other IS departments to setup global budget, communicates about engaged costs against budget.
?Ensure IS operational support in Greater China is well delivered by global supplier(HCL, CTS and etc..) , manage escalation and drive better customer experience & satisfaction by working closely with global Service Managers. ie. analyzes existing tickets trend, identifies bottlenecks, launches the required actions to improve processes and analyze existing tickets to ensure their quality and adequate follow-up, manages the interface with IS teams for issue resolution.
?Intervention to complex issue troubleshooting or VIP support
EEC Service Manager – 30%
?Be part of End User Experience Center(EEC) team and representing EEC domain in ASPAC region.
?Be the point of contact for the HR function in Asia to capture the needs and understand the specificities of Asian employees to feed the EEC group and the EEC Solution Leader.
?Work closely with other Global EEC Service Managers and the EEC Solution Leader, align global workplace technology roadmap and contribute to global EEC solution evolution in ASPAC.
?Contribute to the rollout of global EEC projects such as Office365, Exchange Online, new Single SignOn, etc, as well as contribute to the rollout of Digital Roadmap projects such as new Employee Portal. For such projects, work with global project team to build ASPAC rollout plan, identify potential ASPAC specificities, challenges and risks, and make sure they are taken into account. Supervise the regional rollout and ensure good communication and adoption.
?Drive user adoption and improve user experience in ASAPC.

Requirements:
?Relevant computer science Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of industry experience or equivalent experience.
?A seasoned professional having wide-ranging experience, and uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
?Strong experience in working/partnering global IS with supplier/Partner to deliver and improve day to day service to internal customer.
?Strong knowledge in workplace technology & experience in new user technology rollout. ie. Office 365, Unified Communication and etc.
?Capability to influence global IS partners(eg. HCL, CTS), as well as internal IS team to drive continuous improvement in user experience.
?Excellent interpersonal skills and capability to build relationships with customers and users.
?Fluency in English and in Mandarin, prior experience collaborating with and influencing multiple stakeholders in a matrix and multicultural environment would be essential
?Leadership, proactivity, ability to be the driving force and to move forward. Can-do attitude is absolutely a must.
?Matured and be able work independently with remote peers and manager.
