职位描述
岗位职责:
1.负责前台和招商中心各项接待指引及业务办理工作。
2.负责监督、检查下属人员的工作完成情况，指导下属处理突发事件，必要时亲自处理。
3.负责部门客服团队的建设及管理，制定客服部员工培训计划，定期开展员工业务培训，规范工作流程服务标准，落实上级下达的工作任务。
4.落实跟进部门经理布置的各项工作，安排及监督客服各岗位工作及纪律。
5.完成上级指派的其他任务。
岗位要求:
1.大专以上学历，物业管理、酒店管理、旅游管理等相关专业优先考虑。
2.三年以上大型商场、酒店、写字楼或综合性物业等同等级客服管理工作经验。
3.具有良好的客户服务专业知识，熟练掌握客服专业领域的操作技能。
4.具有良好的沟通协调能力，流利国粤语，并有良好的英语交流能力。
