Job purpose:
Implement and execute the procurement process.
Major responsibilities:
1. Execute sourcing and procurement activities, including supplier sourcing, qualification evaluation, vendor selection, price negotiation, contract implementation, and delivery audit etc.
2. Monitor and analyze local expenditures together with supplier performance by utilizing established process and tools such as Key Performance Indicators (KPIs,) etc, conduct local key supplier reviews and identify opportunities for improved sourcing initiatives, including assessing the benefits of local agreements.
3. Coordinate and communicate with multi-functional teams to clarify the demand specification and ensure best selection of demand, and maximize cost saving. deliver optimum benefits in pricing and levels of service.
4. Ensure the timely execution of procurement contracts by monitoring supplier's delivery milestones for demanding according to schedule.
5. Make report of procurement on a regular basis.
6. Establish, develop and maintain good relationships with supplier and ensure the continuous improvement in terms of cost, delivery, quality and reliability.
7. Provide customer-focused assistance to internal customers, particularly in association with key projects and requirements, managing supplier qualification, assessing and validating the capabilities of potential vendors and approving as appropriate.
Qualification:
1. Bachlor degree or above
2. At least 5 years of experience with procurement function in a multinational corporation in china
3. Experience in establishing and/or developing procurement process framework and policies.
4. Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills, good customer relationship management skill.
5. Demonstrated ability to build strong networks and work in cross functional environment with different teams.
6. Good oral and writing English.

1. Good knowledge of procurement principles, theories and processes.
2. Ability to organizes, influence and motivate others
3. Demonstrated ability to meet goals and deadlines
4. Strong analytical skills
5. Excellent written, verbal, presentation and negotiation skills

7. Able to demonstrate a high level service-oriented approach to both internal and external customers
