？ Transportation (70% Workload) ？ Shipping documents tally and validation ？ Handle daily import & export activities and follow up with the VAT & duty payment ？ Arranges export booking, domestics land transport booking and assist in replying to inquiries from government authorities ？ Validate logistics cost, responsible for cost application.  ？ Prepare, support and follow up RFQ for international and domestic transportation services ？ Analyze transportation activity and freight expenses.  This includes financial information, operational budge preparation, initiative tracking, performance scorecards and delivery execution ？ Challenge current structure and network based on analysis conducted above -mentioned ？ Help manage service providers ？ Provides back up for managing IT Project portfolio and ensuring appropriate tracking of project requests, timelines and budgets are updated.   ？ Support plant and country or regional logistics activities as directed ？ Compliance (10% Workload) ？ Administration (20% Workload) 职位要求： ？ University degree or college graduated, majoring in Logistics is preferred.  ？ 2 to 5 years related experience in multinational environment. ？ Executes assignments of a straightforward nature, requiring awareness of Kohler operations and transport industry basis.     ？ Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese is required.  ？ Good communication skills, passionate and good working attitude.
