【What You Will Do:】
Formulates and defines project scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. Responsible for understanding the technology, business processes and opportunities in the context of the technical and business requirements and recommends solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. This includes working as a liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate, document and validate requirements for changes to business processes, revising existing system logic difficulties as necessary, policies and information systems as well as ensuring testing requirements are met and documenting business requirements. Competent to work on all phases of development and has a good understanding of a business or function. Specializations within this family include (but are not limited to): SAP/ERP, Functional, Global Business Office, Tools, Disaster Recovery, Metrics Communication, and Methodology.

Education/Work Experience:Degree in technical area and eight to ten years of experience including increasing levels of project leadership.
Independence Level/Reports to:Acts independently under general direction. Errors may cause significant disruption to operations or major costs. May have duties instructing, directing and checking the work of other project personnel. May have quality assurance review. Normally reports to IS Manager.
