岗位职责：

1、 负责产品定义确认外观尺寸和工艺评估;

2、 负责器件建模，产品堆叠设计，整体和局部厚度分析，检查结构设计可行性和合理性；拉通多模块需求，输出平衡各个维度的最优堆叠方案；

3、 根据ID和MD，负责器件选型和评估，参与制定生产问题预案；

4、 跟进模具开发，分析和解决设计和生产中出现的结构问题，并提出改善措施，避免后续再出现问题；

5、 调研行业新技术，并将可实施新技术纳入堆叠方案中；分析竞品堆叠方案的优缺点，输出竞品发展路线报告，验证竞品优秀方案并快速导入项目堆叠中。

任职要求:

1、本科及以上学历，机械设计类相关专业，3年或以上手机产品结构堆叠设计经验，独立成功大品牌手机的方案经验；

2、熟悉智能硬件各部件结构组成和设计，熟悉关键部件结构和工艺（LCM屏，TP，摄像头，电池）及其成本组成；

3、对塑胶注塑模具和五金冲压模具结构比较熟悉了解，了解塑胶和五金成型工艺，五金表面处理工艺以及常用的塑胶和五金材料；

4、熟悉产品各种可靠性测试，能独立及时地分析和解决测试中出现的各种问题；

5、熟练使用AUTOCAD,PRO/E等工具软件进行结构设计；

6、 在工作上能独挡一面，有团队合作精神，有强的责任心及抗压能力，易与人沟通相处，有英语语言沟通能力者佳；
