职位描述
Key responsibilities/accountabilities
- Reaching the objectives in terms of growth and profit development for National Key Account Customers against target.
- Manage profitable growth at customer level through product differentiation, strict control on credit limits, and account receivables within the contractual time limitations.
- Analyzing of the results (weekly, monthly and quarterly) of the key account customers in terms of established KPIs to make the right decisions and to improve the situation if needed.
- Cross departmental activities with Customer Management to optimize outputs of TGM activities.
5. Working relationships
Internal: - Head of FSD SF, FSD related functionalities, Regional managers, Store Managers, Store SF team, TGM, Buying, Legal, Treasury & Finance, Logistics departments
External: - Customers, Associations
Skills:
- Must have branch specific work experience at mid level management level within Welfare / Trader related business fields.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial and customer focus, ability to quickly grasp and adapt to the Metro FSD business
- Able to handle multiple key accounts at national level through strong operational skills.
- A hands on Manager with strong project management experience
- Strong skills to handle a budget
- Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Must be fluent in Chinese; if he / she does not speak Chinese, must be willing to learn Chinese
Experiences: People with at least 5 years experience in Sales and or Key Account management on manager / supervisor level.
