Responsibilities:
-Develops, monitors and optimizes Sales forecasting in close coordination and alignment with the Sales and Sales Managers
-Provides ongoing measurement of forecasting accuracy
-Drives continuous process improvements
-Facilitates efficient data reporting and analysis
-Provides sales result analysis, continuously identifies improvement areas based on business insights, develops and executes new reporting tools as needed in coordination with finance and other stakeholders
-Leads master data quality improvement efforts and ensures sustainment of key data quality
-Mainly responsible for monthly business analysis report
Requirement
-MS office skills
-Strong analysis and research skills
-Ability to partner across functions
-Strong communication skills
-Good team work spirit, result oriented
-Ability to work under high pressure
-Experience in Contract or Order management
-5-8 years working experience in multinational company
-Team management experience is preferred
