Mission:

Contribute to the achievement of the company goals, by providing a proactive and effective HR support, maintaining close contact with the line managers and employees, and optimizing and executing the human resources policies and processes to ensure the recruitment, training, talent, ER, C&B

Reponsibilities:

- Develop and maintain recruitment channel to make sure achieve business unit requirement.

- Screen CV and select suitable candidate for further interview.

- Responsible for routine HR management and process, including employee information update, files maintenance, status changing, attendance& leave recording, labour contract signature and so on.

- Draft and define yearly training plan and execute monthly, include training organization & training record.

- Responsible for C&B, involve in labour cost budget, monthly payroll, control cost within the budget.

- Ensure the benefit program properly implemented Execute performance management cycle and deliver the training to site staff.

- Provide consultation to managers and staff Organize staff activities.

- Deal with labour relation issues.

- Assist in draft HR and company management policy and authorization.

- Follow up the process of executing.

- Prepare HR related report and presentation regularly.

- Implement top down HR projects, e.g. organization change, talent management, HRIS.

Education:

Bachelor major in HR or related

Requirements:

- At least 5 years HR working experiences and act as HR generalist at least 3 years.

- Proficient in HR execution for all function.

- Dynamic, passionate, customer-oriented with good listening skill and pragmatic professional

- Honest, reliable

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Good team-player

- Leadership to influence transversally, engage others and drive projects to execution

- Skilled in Ms Office, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint
