Accountability Statement/Summary

To assist PMsto facilitate flow of marketing and/ or some admin works.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

1. Coordinate with PM/SPM on business monitoring: sales forecast monthly update Monitoring sales performance: sales A / Sales B. And make the necessary sales analysis per manager’s requirement

3. Process Market analysis raw data: such as IMS/ CMH data of existing brand & NBO

5. Support overall MCH regarding Finance payment & Procurement implementation, such as PR / PO / Concursystem, contract / invoice on file properly.

7. Assists PM/SPM to adequate BTL promotion activities implementation & tracking, POSM & Brand Reminder creation &delivery, Pharmacists education material development. Sales book etc.

1. Retail pharmacy execution management: Check shelf display, Pharmacists education, Competitor activities in store.

3. Assists PM/ SPM on other working requirement.

Required requisites

1. Experience and qualification

?        College degree or above, Pharmaceutical Science or relevant education background will be a advantage

?        1-2 years experience in assistance job is required

?        Good communication &computer skills

?        Self-motivated, creative and well organized

?        Good command of written and verbal English is preferred
