「岗位职责」

1. 协助部门内部的日常工作；

2. 管理和采购部门办公物资，处理日常报销，文件管理，预定会议室以及车辆，酒店机票等；

3. 日常会议的行政支持，跨部门沟通协调，出差行程安排，商务接待，总部访问接待等；

4. 收集整理零售业市场资料，协助制作分析报告等；

5. 完成上级安排的其他工作内容；

 

「岗位要求」

1. 良好的英文书写与表达能力，熟练使用全英文办公软件，尤其PPT和 excel；

2. 一周三天以上，可长期实习；

3. 严谨，踏实，负责；

4. 尽快入职；
