Description
? Design and implement action plans in cooperation with Retail Manager, to achieve business targets of sales and clientele;
? Aim to exceed customer expectations of services and products, thereby ensuring high customer satisfaction at all times ;
? Plan and organize various CRM or retail events to elevate client experience as well as achieving business goals;
? Familiar with local market environment and the impact on Valentino business, including competitors’ business activities and situation ;
? Attract, develop, motivate and discipline talents in a manner consistent with business strategy to meet sales goals;
? Review merchandise assortment on a regular basis, take necessary steps to optimize stock level and stock mix to reflect sales, buying trends and customer demands;
? Pro-actively implement and follow proper visual presentation guidelines to project the brand image and benefit sales;
? Take necessary actions to effectively control costs and ensure efficient operation in store, implement and support all security measures;
? Provide clear and informative business review to Area/Retail Manager, report decisions and procedures relating to business issues made at the store level;

Qualifications
? Passion and love towards pret-a-porter and haunt couture products;
? Aggressive in business achievement and development, results orientation;
? Focus on client experience and establishing brand loyalty, experienced and innovative in CRM activities;
? Solid leadership in terms of coaching, training and motivating the team;
? Detail oriented and analytical thinking in daily operation work, action oriented;
? Over 5 years’ experience in boutique store management or other complex retail structures;
? Fluent in oral and written English.
