工作职责:

Overall responsible for the construction, planning and operation of the Group Logistics Digital Intelligent Internet of Things system, formulating long-term, medium-term and short-term strategic planning

Be responsible for planning and building the data and information integration capability platform of the Logistics Department to ensure that the information of logistics and chemical reagents is transparent, accurate, traceable, classifiable and traceable

Responsible for the construction of storage and logistics system of consumables/general chemicals/hazardous chemicals, the digital management of goods storage, process optimization and system improvement, and constantly optimize the storage and logistics system in operation to improve the efficiency and quality of logistics operation

Understand customer demand and development trend through data, catch new and differentiated customer demand in time, dig and transform data capability in daily operation, establish customer demand model and data operation model of each business module of logistics department, guide daily improvement, and produce management value through digital operation

Lead the team and the operation experts of each module to realize the lean operation concept into a digital system and land, improve the operation efficiency of the logistics system and save the operation cost

Through data analysis, data mining, data extraction and other ways to establish departmental effective KPI evaluation standards and systems, follow up KPI results, Ranking data indicators, guide groups to actively find management gaps and optimization programs, improve logistics service efficiency and quality

Responsible for regularly organizing cross-border research on logistics industry development trend, market situation, company operation ability and competitiveness, deploying in advance and continuously optimizing logistics digital management system and strategy.

任职资格:

？ Bachelor

s degree or above, major in computer, mathematics, etc. with preferred background in computer, logistics, medicine, biology and chemistry, with more than 8 years

experience in Java based system develop and architecture.

？ Experience in leading technical teams, as either a technical lead, architect or development manager

？ Excellent OOD development skills in Java (Spring Boot、Mybatis/Hibernate、Spring Cloud)

？ Strong knowledge of Agile development methodologies

？ Sound understanding of design patterns and system architecture.

？ Skilled in the operation and use of data analysis related software, Excel, SPSS, Tableau, SQL, SAS, Python, etc., to build a real-time database architecture is preferred

？ Good interpersonal communication skills, planning and execution skills, strong career ambition, affinity and passion

？ Good analytical and judgment skills, good customer service awareness, skilled cost accounting ability
