Description:
Lead the HSE plant coordinators network. Implement the PGs HSE strategy and deploy the HSE target in the Division
Ensure the appropriate profile of the HSE plant coordinators (number and skills), coach and continues develop plant HSE coordinators of their knowledge and skill
Ensure the follow-up and the consolidation of the monthly reporting of HSE indicators (accident frequency rates, occupational illnesses, environmental data ,NRE reports...)
Ensure the accident inquiries are achieved properly (consistently and on time ) using Faurecia standards (QRQC HSE and Alerts processes)
Analyze the perimeter HSE results and bring a global vision in the analysis of the accidents . Suggest solutions for improvements
Propose and deploy HSE best practices (in prevention and protection matters ) in the plants and towards the PGs
Involved in the Faurecia HSE network and the development of the PG HSE policy
Ensure that the plants yearly external and internal audits are scheduled and successfully completion.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Safty/engineering
Experience in HSE in an industrial environment
Knowledge of target management, problem managment
International mind set, overseas experience a plus
Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
